O’Leleshwa was built alongside young people from the neighbouring Kasarani community – some of whom now form part of our permanent team, trained to deliver world-class hospitality. From the outset, this project was designed to create opportunity, develop skills, and build lasting impact.

Through our structured internship programme, community members train under experienced hospitality professionals, gaining valuable industry exposure and practical experience that opens doors far beyond our gates.
